Locum Property Lawyer | Midlands | Local Authority | 6-Month Contract
Vivid Resourcing is currently working with a Local Authority in the Midlands seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join their legal team on a locum basis.
The successful candidate will provide legal support across a varied local authority property caseload, advising on a range of commercial and residential property matters.
The Role:
Managing a varied caseload of local authority property matters.
Providing legal advice on commercial and residential property transactions.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, licences and other property-related agreements.
Advising on land acquisitions, disposals and transfers.
Supporting the wider legal team with property-related matters.
Working closely with internal departments and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive.
Previous experience handling property law matters.
Local Authority experience would be advantageous.
Ability to manage a caseload independently and provide clear, practical legal advice.
